Coverage is only provided for products that have been used correctly and as intended, as per our determination. Improper usage or abuse that causes damage will void all warranty terms. Orders are processed within two to four business days, Monday through Friday, except holidays. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends. The majority of orders ship on the same day if you order before our cutoff time, but we do not guarantee same-day shipping. We process orders immediately, so it’s not possible to make changes or cancel an order after you’ve been charged. In the event of an inventory error, we will attempt to remedy the situation by: (1) Finding stock to fulfill the complete order as quickly as possible, (2) Placing the missing item on backorder and shipping the rest of the order, (3) Cancelling the missing item and shipping the rest of the order, (4) Cancelling the entire order. To expedite the fulfillment process, you may not receive immediate notice about a missing item when your order ships. You will not be charged for items that are not shipped, but you can request a refund or exchange if the pricing of other items in your order are affected. Should we cease stocking a backordered item, all backorders of that product will be canceled. When a backordered item is again available, we will generally obtain your approval before shipping.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel the order within 24 hours (48 hours if weekend) per email or phone, specifying the reason of the cancellation.

Customers may ask for the refund. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment for the products. We will refund the monetary value at the price customers purchased the products. The refund period is from 3 to 5 working days.

In-Transit Item Damage

All items are shipped via a shipping company of our choosing. This company is responsible for delivery your order on time and in good condition. Some shipping companies may offer additional guarantees concerning package damage, loss, or theft. Be advised that we are not responsible for any shipping issues once your order has left our warehouse. Should you face a shipping issue, you will be compensated in proportion to damages by the shipping company, according to their own policies. For any issues concerning the shipment of your order, please contact the shipping carrier.

Returned/Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused or undeliverable, it will be returned to you. In this event, we offer two options: (1) We will charge a return fee based on the value of your purchase and refund any remaining amount, (2) We will reach out to confirmation redelivery and reship the order at your expense.

Order Discrepancies

Should you find a difference in any product you order from our website compared to the product you receive, please let us know within five business days of receipt. Note that all products are inspected prior to shipping, and a computerized system makes note of inventory, package size, package weight, and quantity of items. Product Information and Pictures

Shipping/Delivery Terms

We ship internationally and work as a distributor of the products sold online. Products are shipped directly from our suppliers to the end customers.

We use various delivery companies, such as DHL, India Post, Deutsche Post, PostNL etc. Your order will be shipped via the carrier of our choice based on the delivery option and the products you choose at checkout. It is our responsibility to ship your order on time and in good condition, per the courier’s terms and conditions.

There are 2 shipping methods:

1. Trackable Courier Service: €9.40 (5-9 business days)
2. International Unregistered Mail: €28.20 (14-21 business days)

All shipping charges are your responsibility, and they are not refundable, except in cases of defective merchandise. We will take responsibility for shipping charges if we ship the wrong product or a damaged or defective item. We will carefully review all claims of defective items and will arrange for an exchange or refund as long as your claim appears valid.

Order Cancellations & Changes

In order to maintain your satisfaction, we ship orders as soon as they are processed. This means that orders enter the fulfillment process immediately after payment is received. Once your order enters the fulfillment process, it is not possible to change or cancel your order.
